I've migrated it Buttondown and I love it, primarily as it's independent software. One thing I wanted to point out in regards to the discussion on the first amendment is that Substack has international readership and writership, and in some countries Nazi/fascist content is actually a criminal offence, so I'm not sure how they'd get around that.
