Thanks for the article. I myself am building a tool now using your article. one thing, though: You can make a normal password on substack, by choosing to "reset password".
Go to substack.com/sign-in, and choice to sign in by password. From then on, you'll have a password that the program can use.

I am not aware of any tool for this. Twitter famously closed off its API, which shut off access to most tools for automating tweets. Substack has never had an API, which makes it difficult to build public-facing tools that work reliably.

What's the python script to see everyone that's ever blocked you on substack, because blockstack only shows 1/3rd.
